Annual Youth Fundraiser Dinner/Auction

Save The Date… and Your Donations! We hope you’ll join us for our fabulous youth fundraiser on Sunday, March 17th for a special St. Patrick’s Day auction and dinner! And as you are doing “post-Christmas clean up”, please remember the youth with any donations you might have that would be good for the auction… new and gently used items such as:

• Toys
• Unwanted Christmas gifts/gift cards
• Christmas Décor
• Jewelry
• Sports equipment
• Books
• No used clothing, please

Schedule of Events on Sunday, March 17:

• 7:00 am – Online auction opens
• 2:30 pm – Silent Auction In-Person Viewing Opens at LOC
• 3:30-4:30 pm – Appetizers, Wine/Beer Tasting & Entertainment
• Auction viewing continues
• 5:00 pm – Auction Closes/Dinner Begins
• Heads or Tails
• Live Dessert Auction
• 7:00 – Auction Check Out
