"Lamb of God" Easter Oratorio at Bethel University

  • 07:30 PM
You are invited! Come and celebrate the Easter season with the beautiful oratorio, "Lamb of God" on March 21st. The music depicts the last days of the life of Jesus Christ told through the experiences of those who witnessed them -- those He knew and loved. Featuring 13 soloists, orchestra, and full choir, the concert will be held at Bethel University's Benson Great Hall.

“Lamb of God” is a dramatic musical portrayal of the final days of the life of Jesus, from the foreshadowing raising of Lazarus, to the devastating arrest and crucifixion of Jesus, and finally to his glorious resurrection. Invite your friends and don’t miss this one-of-a-kind, powerful telling of our Lord’s final days. Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Tickets to the performance are $20 if purchased by February 14th. Tickets can be purchased on our payment site (click on the Give tab). After the 14th you must buy tickets directly from Bethel University at an increased price, and you won't be seated with the group.

Want to hear what it is like? This recording of a California choir gives you a glimpse. But trust me when I say that the Minnesota Saints Chorale gives you goose bumps like no other. Make sure to bring your tissues to the performance. I have never walked out dry eyed in the past 12 years. Click here for a preview.

If transportation is of concern to you, please reach out to Sabrina Kolleck (Director of Children & Family Ministry) and we can arrange carpooling.
