Meditative Yoga

Julie Wischmann is our member yoga instructor and has offered to lead us in a serene hour of calming breaths, relaxing yoga positions and soft music. Sue Fink will offer meditation and prayer to devote this session to our Lord and draw us close in our shared faith. Suggested donations of $5 will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
Please sign up here by August 12th so we have an idea of space and supply needs. We are hoping to have this session outdoors in the LOC yard, weather and bugs permitting! Otherwise, we will gather in Room 101. Bring your yoga mat and wear cool, comfortable clothing. Julie does have some mats and blankets to share if you need them. We welcome everyone, teens to adults, so please join us!
