Conscience & Conversation: A study during the reconsideration of the social statement "Human Sexuality: Gift and Trust"

The ELCA has put out the study "Conscience and Conversation: A study during the reconsideration of the social statement, Human Sexuality: Gift and Trust.” We invite you to join Pastor Tim going through this material on July 28th, August 11th, 18th, and 25th at 7:00 PM each evening as we look at and help the church as a whole move forward when we disagree with each other.

This study is not about sexuality as much as it is how we deal with deeply held Biblical convictions that contradict each other as a church. At the end we will be able to give feedback on how we talk about disagreement to the ELCA to help them craft the final reconsideration of the Human Sexuality study. (Any proposals for changing the Human Sexuality document would be proposed in 2027 and voted on in 2028).
